Shipping & Returns
Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of payment. Please check that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of order to ensure that you receive your package.
If you notice an error in your address after submitting your order, please email Customer Service within 24 hours to notify us of any changes. Via Sarto cannot accept responsibility for lost packages if the incorrect address is provided.
Made to Order
Made to order styles are handcrafted within 20 business days from the date of order. Excluding delivery to your chosen address. Made to order pieces are not eligible for refunds. Made to order pieces can be exchanged for a different size, product or store credit only.
Due to the global impact of COVID-19, please be aware that there may be delays in delivery times. Please allow an additional 2 days for delivery of Australian orders and 5 days for international orders. We appreciate your understanding during these times. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further enquiries.
Free standard shipping with tracking is offered on all Australian orders. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to metro areas and 4-6 business days if you live in a remote area or Western Australia.
International orders are charged a flat shipping rate of $50 with tracking. Please allow 5-15 business days for your package to arrive if you are placing your order from outside Australia.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been sent. Please do allow for some delays depending on your country and track your package using the tracking number provided.
Customs Fees & Duties
You are liable for any customs clearance fees and/or duties once the package arrives at your destination country. Via Sarto will provide a commercial invoice declaring the contents and value of all international orders for customs. Please contact your local customs office if you require more information prior to placing your order.
Via Sarto gladly accepts returns lodged within 14 days from the original delivery date (as provided in the tracking) as long as items are returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. All original packaging must also be included and returned.
Once your return parcel is received, the items will be inspected to ensure that they meet our returns policy conditions as stated above. We will provide a full refund, size exchange or store credit within 3 days. If you have requested a refund, please allow up to 10 working days for processing depending on your financial institution.
For change of mind returns, the cost of shipping items back to Via Sarto is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you return your items using a traceable method to avoid the shipment getting lost.
If your order contains faulty items or incorrect items, please contact our Customer Service team to tell us more about your return and we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship your items back free of charge, for a refund or exchange.
Made to order & sale items are not eligible for refunds. Made to order or sales items can be exchanged for a different size, product or store credit only.
All returns must be paid for by the customer.
Contact Customer Service to request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your name, email, address and order number.
If your item/s meet the criteria outlined in our Returns Policy, you will receive a RAN along with instructions on where to post your return.
Pack and send your return within 14 days of receiving your RAN email from Via Sarto using a traceable shipping method.
Your return will be processed within 3 days of the package arriving to Via Sarto.
Via Sarto reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.
